       Auto Balance while in game

       I ask that when you join our servers please use the auto balance
       button, rather than picking a side. I have noticed of late, that
       some players are switching back to the team that they started
       in. This is unfair for the team that has fewer players in it.
       Tonight I noticed a player do this twice after auto balance had
       occurred. The teams were 3 - 7. Twice I asked the player in
       question to move back to the team with fewer players in it. This
       he refused to do, so I kicked him from the server.
       As with any admin, we don't like to kick or ban players in our
       servers. It is a last resort option only. Respect all, this is
       all that we ask of you our guests.
