About recent server's latency

Hi, I would like to know about the condition of the server
considering the recent latency issue that currently appears
daily.
Is it true that the server moved to Nepal?
So that the latency is caused by the distance from my location,
or is it still being attacked?
I mean, the latency used to be somewhere around 40-50ms when I
first joined CGI couple of weeks ago, and now it is 150ish and
above, I've seen my latency went to 300ish (at the time nobody
used the connection but me at my place).

I talked to loop and yes the server is from nepal. I didnt
really ask him why it was moved all the way there but he told me
that server will be changed again but this time located in
Indonesia so hope for the best that i can be moved really soon.

Wouldn't a server located in Singapore be better for everyone?
They have very good internet providers with some of the best
speed in the world.

Alright then, thank you for the info.
IMO per today the latency is decent. 45-100ish..
I surely hope it stays that way.

I still got above 80 that includes random teleporting/stutter.

Yooooo...
What is wrong with the server?
Just now the server quits.
I got disconnected with a statement "Server Quit".
