and also maybe can also place the a website chat where everyone
on the forum can chat ive seen it on my old clans, also the
server status so we can actually see if its offline or not.
which makes it might easier huheheue idk im just putting it out
there.

Oro123 if you desire to get the clan bigger, then present
members need to advertise with binds.
Binds don't work with all guests thou. Some people need the
personal touch. The way to do that is by giving out complements
when a player does well in game. Guests then look forward to
coming back to the server where they are being praised for the
gaming skillz that they posses.
They do this because most times they are not praised enough in
their personal lives, so jumping onto our servers makes them
feel good
this in turn opens up the avenue of being able to make the
statement of, "Hey (Name) we'd love to have u with us at CGI!
(*)Then its a matter of pointing them to the website and getting
them to fill out an application to join CGI. At this stage the
recuriterneeds to post their own comment of what they think of
the guest on the reply section of the persons app! This
procedure reinforces to the guest that they are welcomed at CGI
because you have made the effort to say something good about the
applicant.
* It is always better to make a statement rather than ask a
question. People are incline to say no the question of joining.
But if you make a statement and use the words of We & Us. In
enforces the need of belonging to a group of people that are
like minded and who have simular interests.

Maybe if the background was changed to Black. The writing to
white. ThenI think the colours of Black/and light green would
work well together.
