Suggestion for admins

Hi all,
"[CGI]Loony is not qualified as an admin"I would like to bring
this issue up since they are suddenly so many players appealed
for wrong bans happened since the last few days.
This serve indeed need a more integral and structural admin
selection process to make sure that the new admin is capable of
carrying out his/her duty explicitly with minimum ban mistake.
For example Serverbob(SB) and Alliance Gamerz(AG), every admin
undergoes very strict assessment and thoroughly reviewed before
being appointed as a qualified and a professional admin in the
server.
Being an admin is not child play,
(1) age is important (>18)=applicants should be able to
demonstrate they are mature and able to think critically without
making hasty decision.
(2) 1 year gaming experience=applicant who has at least 1 year
of gaming experience should be able to tell from hax or not
unless the hacker disguises it very well. In this case, the
admin may either calls up more in game admins to keep an eye on
that player or records a demo and posts it up on forum to let
others to review it as suggested in the earlier post.
(3) Transparency and traceability= the ban list should be made
available to public with details such as ban date,time, player
banned, admin who executes ban, permt ban or tempt ban e.t.c.
(4)record videos instead of screenshot=screenshot is not a good
evidence since it is inherently biased depending on the purpose
and timing of the capture. A demo(videos) provides greater
explanation for viewers and also able to let experienced admin
to review whether there is hax or not.

I haven't banned anyone in the last few days. I have been
playing under an alias. I banned a fellow with the tag of
Flamingo, alias, Corona. But as I have a CoD4 recording. I don't
see the problem!
I agree with all your suggestions, and would like to thank you
for your input in how we can better run CGI. ;D

I did not ban you fish. You are mistaken. I can only remove a
player for 3 hours.

I can't help you amateur. As I don't know who banned you. There
are only two people that I am aware of that can ban players, and
I have not seen either in a couple of days.
And for the record. I am well over 18. (sigh). I have been
playing this game since it came out. I think that's about 9
years. I have also played cgi match's about 2 years ago for an
Australian Clan for players over 30, and I have been senior
admin in about 6 clans both here in Australia and in the United
States. If I am a butt hole, it is usually for a good reason and
for the betterment of the clan that I am serving. In 9 years I
have never banned a player without just cause.
As with all admin, I prefer to assist others in our servers
rather than removing them!

Yes ofc, helping the others and let them learn is better than
just kick em off.

Hi mate, I do agree with your points. Especially number 1 and 2.
At least 18 and above for recruitment as well as need more than
a year experience playing COD4:)
