       Our Ban System

       First off, our MODs are very fair. They are trained with extreme
       discipline and would never ask me to give a member a strike
       without a good reason. You could yell at them immaturely or
       insult them as a person and the most they would really do is
       give you a warning, scold you, then tell you how immature that
       was. MODs are trained to be very unbiased, and only the most
       loyal members are chosen to become MODs. Even the most loyal of
       members do not become MODs right away; they are M.I.T's
       beforehand. MIT stands for "Mod In Training"; Once I personally
       believe that they are ready to graduate and defend this RP, they
       will be allowed to download a special map made for the MODs here
       at PoTC and will be given chances to speak with the Co-Creators
       and Guardians at the Discussion Pool.
       Don't think that they are being unfair by giving you a strike,
       seeing as the strike has to pass through me before they are
       allowed to give one to you. They could tell you right away that
       you are being given a strike, but until you hear it from me, it
       is not true. MODs must give me screenshots to prove the member's
       actions; and so I can decide for myself if the member deserves a
       strike. Call me heartless if you wish, but I am fully unbiased
       in any situation in the RP or out of it. I rarely take my own
       side, let alone take someone else's. What you get from me is the
       truth and proper judgement. Even some of my closest friends have
       been banned from PoTC because they believed, just because they
       were my friends, that they could act up and not get in trouble.
       MOD's opinions will be held higher than normal members, but that
       is because they had been trained to speak nothing but the full
       truth and to be unbiased. If you can prove to me that you are
       fully innocent (and you must have PROOF) then I will hear your
       problem and take you to Ten-Trees where the MODs, Leaders, and
       Myself will hear what you have to say. They will debate and
       decide if you are guilty or not guilty of your crimes. Once they
       have made a choice, the highest ranking member will speak up for
       them all and say whether or not you are guilty or not guilty. I
       will then hear what they have to say to support their answer. If
       I see that they have chosen correctly, you will be let off the
       hook and your ban will be eliminated.

       It is very simple, actually. Once a member has successfully
       ruined their reputation here in PoTC by acquiring at least 2
       strikes (maximum of 4), they will be banned and added to the
       banned member list.
       If said member chooses to say[font=verdana] "So I am banned,
       what now? You can't make me leave"[/font].... Fortunately, yes
       we can. You will be reported to the MODs of Feral Heart
       instantly if you choose to stay after being told to leave. A few
       of the MODs in PoTC know MODs from FH directly and personally.
       It would be wise to just get up maturely and leave. If you do so
       without throwing a 3 year old cry-baby session ~[font=verdana]
       "Oh boo-hoo I was banned. I did something wrong and I am not
       willing to deal with the consequences of my actions...
       boo-hoo-hoo. It's not fair. I didn't do anything wrong...
       boo-hoo-hoo. This RP sucks and I'm gonna cuss at members and
       MODs of PoTC and bash PoTC because of my own actions...
       boo-hoo-hoo... it's only fair because I am a little baby who
       obviously isn't mature enough to handle this... boo-hoo-hoo."
       [/font]~ you have a chance of being allowed to return to PoTC.
       Cuss even ONCE at us when we tell you to leave, and you will be
       banned for the rest of your days. Throw a cry-baby session and
       things will get worse, seeing as you wont be able to find
       another decent RP. No decent RP wants members that act like 3
       year olds.
