Server memorial

I want to build something for the servers last few days
Jobs:
Miner (diamond, emerald, gold and iron)
Hunter (Gun power <I want to end it with a bang :D>)
Digger/ logger (Sand, Various woods and clay)
Builder (helps build it)
Moderators (handle rare blocks and items+ tnt)
Crafter/ smelter (operates furnaces and crafting benches)
Moniter/ designer/ all jobs helper: adambigaxe1
