well there is the block disguise mod. cant be a tree but a group
of people could make a tree.

i would love to get that plugin... then we could soo mess with
pepole but it would be lots of fun...and especially for the
role-play pepole (just thinking of everyeone) and just for the
shear fact that you could be any mob u want...that would be
awesome

Yeah..its not happening guys. Even if it did, I dont think
defaults would be allowed to use it since it could be abused.
