       IP-range/subnet: 119.59.96.0/19
       Mister Ramdan19id spam and deface alot of domains, and it looks
       like he only target Asian region domains.... Especially
       Indonesia, and Thailand. You could still find alot of his
       digital footprints, and even defacement exist online which
       administrator has not recovered from defacement cyber hit.

       Webshell that possibly has been using... he has created his own
       scripts using PHP, and Python based...
