Guide idea/request

It would be awesome if there was a master guide/list of the
following for each faction:
Cleanse Options
Shatter Options
Detection Options
I often find myself sifting through my hundreds of runes
searching for something viable in a faction for
detection/shatter and if I can’t find anything great, I’m
wondering what other options I might have to buy/trade for a
diff. rune that can do what I need. And just a guide that says
what is the “best” cleanse/shatter/detect option in the current
meta for a deck would be great.
