Rugoth's Fountain

When I got to thinking, about the Griefbearer's Fountain. I
thought of this.
Rugolth's Fountain
A Statue of Rulgoth on top of a Stronghold waterfall, staring
out into the valley below.
Flavor Text: (I got nothing.....) Any thoughts?
Nora Cost 35
Effects: This Relic has Demotivate: Unholy (All champions with
Race: Demon or Race: Undead have -1 DMG.) and Angel's Ewer (Any
champion that is cleansed heals 2hp)
Two new abilties. .Could be a little overbearing in a Paladin
BG. Thoughts?

I wouldn't make it demotivate(which would be the opposite of
motivate so should affect all) for the soul fact, as it
currently sounds like this would be a direct opposite of grief
fountain you are after,
instead I would say
"Weaken Wrath" All Wrath champions have -1 damage
which could also bring in "Weaken Procterate"
as for the cleanse, this would make paladins in hallowed ground
heal 10 hp a turn with no amps but i do like the concept,
possibly :
"If a champion is cleansed and condition(s) are removed it gains
+2 max hp (same clause as below)" - so it needs to remove
conditions and it doesn't effect when no conditions are removed.
Or you could have
"IF a champion is cleansed while this relic is in play, the
champion is also healed 2 hit points, each time a champion is
healed this way, this relic takes 2 damage"
