IT Home Users (Need your Help)

Well I currently work in a business support only company, (we
support small - medium business') for all IT aspects,
however I have had a few people call up asking us (as home
users) for quotes and support.
I am certainly not sure on what prices I would offer as of yet,
as it depends on the services they require
But from home users, I would like you guys to help me, if
possible,
on IF you were to look for IT help (one time or a annual thing)
what kind of things would you look from a home user support
company?
