Maybe a weird request, but I always wanted to see a theory
crafting section that isn't limited to a specific faction.
Discussion for interactions between different runes and the
like.
Also, a preview section for posts would be nice.

I think its great so far. But its kind of hard to identify what
the person said with all the words around, ya know? Its hard to
explain. Its just, my eyes keep jumping around. Maybe its
because there are only 2 font colors? But I like it so far.
(better than the old ones that's for sure).

There isn't a defined image to represent maljara, maybe a couple
rune arts in a collage.

Looks okay, things seem a bit cluttered. Maybe the faction
symbols are a little big? Not sure how much of the layout you
can change. Don't really like the data blocks on either side,
would rather have them on the bottom. Also not really liking
the yellow text too much, maybe try a blue or grey?
All in all though, these are minor things, I applaud the effort.
EDIT:
Would like to see the following sections added:
2vs2 Discussion
Training Grounds
This would contain both new player FAQ's and game
guides/hints/tips
Campaign Discussion
Rune Ideas
Guild Discussion

Im going to add these as well, but I can not find good images to
use. Ask for the Icons, well I agree too bid. Ill size them down
later, im going to bed. :)

Just wanted to applaud your effort to help the community. All in
all not bad, needs some tweaking, but hey the site is new. IMO
the faction pics are a little big.
I would add the following sections:
- Nerf and/or buff thread section. Or just call it balance. This
way those threads do not clog general.
- New player area/tutorial section. With links to the commentary
vids. (especially pox unwrapped).
- Rune trade section with extra links to the trading sites and
rune pools. (yes I know they are already in the link section)
and if someone would do a how to trade in poxnora tutorial that
would be awesome too.
- Important announcements maybe? This could have patch notes and
other important links from the official forums.

I would LOVE to see a Guide category, (I know they can go in
factions) but rather then filter through specific faction talk
to find a guide, You can look at guides, look at titles and see
what you would like to be guided on! :)

Maybe make a Rune Section, to discuss all your rune needs.
Also make a "Player" thread for people to trash talk or
compliment other limited players.
We also need a Dorigon is OPed with Myx thread.

Uhh the Rune Section is the Bazaar, if i understand correctly.
As for the player section I would prefer no trash talking.
