Balmorran Top Security Blueprints

Okay for all you people out there (Just meaning Mobius and
NerdyMidgetKid) I have finally gotten my hands on the schematics
and blueprints that Helfors promised he would give me. I am
sorry for the time it took, Helfors apparently had no intention
of releasing these files to the public. However I have collected
as many files as I can and have conveniently placed this on a
single sheet, which will be updated as I find more.
All the files shall be classified based on the security for the
blueprint or schematic. Third Class, Second Class, First Class,
and Top most Security.
Third Class: Third Class security is the lowest bar that any
secret weapons are kept in. They tend to be weapons that are not
essential as game changers (or war changers in this case).
3 Devices found
Name: Banana-Laser-Death-Dog
Classification: Red thirteen*
Intended use: The original was destroyed and the blueprints were
sold so no images are available at this time. However the intent
was either as a dummy production, or as a courier for more
powerful weaponry.
Description: There are no records of actual descriptions.
Attempt at production: One prototype was produced.
Notable Incident:This was going to be tested on Alderaan.
However its main engine went critical before it was capable of
exiting Balmorran atmosphere. It crashed in a mountain range on
the far side of the planet leading to a large area of radiation
which has yet to be explored.
Name: Laser whips
Classification: Red one
Intended use: This experimental weapon was intended for use
against heavily armored vehicles and soldiers. The energy within
the whip would have cut through anything short of the densest
starship armoring.
Description: This weapon was a hilt with many rope like
appendages. These appendages would have sharp barbs at the very
tip of each 'whip'. The hilt would be connected via optical
power cable to a energy source strapped to the users back. When
activated the whip would glow with blue light and often would
crackle as it moved. The energy source was large, cumbersome,
and heavy, making this an inefficient weapon.
Attempt at Production: This weapon was produced ten times. They
were given to elite soldiers for testing against native wildlife
and then armed transports.
Notable Incident: While attempting to cut through a ground
vehicles thick armoring, an elite guard's whip's barbs stuck
into the vehicle's metal frame work. When he tried to loose the
whip, it snapped out of the vehicle and swished back towards the
guard. This severed his leg, and he was taken to hospital. While
no lasting effects were left, this incident led to the eventual
shut down of this project.
Name: Calfurion Disintegration Rifle
Classification: Blue 9
Intended use: This rifle was supposed to be capable of 'burning'
a hole through almost any substance.
Description: The rifle had a large energy supply as
disintegration requires large amounts of energy. A belt of
twenty, 5 pound energy converters were required to use it
properly.
Attempt at production: This weapon never left the schematic
phase.
Notable incident: Before this weapon could even begin
production, a small leak in information led to the general
populace being aware that Helfors was planning a weapon that was
cruel in use. Though very few actually knew what the weapon was,
everyone spoke out against its production. To appease the public
he promised not to produce any of these weapons.
Second Class: This class of security was second worst. It was
harder to collect this data but by no means the hardest.

Name: Horstion Canon
Classification: Blue 23
Intended use: These canons were capable of incinerating a large
battle platform.(They did test this.) And were intended to do
so, or destroy small fighters as an A-A gun,
Description: The canon was large and immobile once placed. It
appeared to be a long tube, however most of the canon was buried
underground. It had a two man gunnery, one man would aim the
canon the other would fire when ordered to and then reload.
Attempt at production: Only one has been produced. This is
currently being held at some secret facility to be tested at a
later point.
Notable incident: N/A
First Class: This tends to be the highest security possible.
These devices/weapons in this class are normally powerful and
dangerous.

Name: Plasma Bolt Gun
Classification: Purple 2
Intended use: This bolt gun is intended to be used as a weapon
against heavily armored opponents.
Description: The gun fires a ten inch rod of metal. This metal,
named plastisteel by Helfors, is malleable in its original
state, however once it is heated then cooled it becomes harder
then most metals. Plastisteel has been found near the crash site
of the Banana-Laser-Death-Dog. It is commonly believed that the
metal is caused by the radiation that still leaks from the old
Banana-Laser-Death-Dog. This metal is struck with special ionic
energy which makes it very light to carry and more durable.
These rods are then loaded into a launcher, which is about the
size of a small rifle, and is fired at high velocity at the
target.
Attempt at production: There have been no productions as of yet.
However there is talk of such weapons being produced.
Notable incident: N/A as it has not been made real as of yet.
Top Most Security: These devices are only known to Helfors and
his closest associates. Information is found by word of mouth or
forcing Helfors to talk.

Name: Dimensional Halting Device
Classification: Yellow 47
Intended use: Places a pause on all Dimensional movement.
Description: Large bulbous object, absorbing all energy from a
nearby power source to create a field of hopefully temporary
Dimensional stasis.
Attempt at production: One was produced and has led to the
current Dimensional stasis.
Notable incident: One Dimensional freeze accomplished.
Name: Mass Manipulator
Classification: Yellow 50
Intended use: Supposed to allow the user to manipulate
surrounding Mass and energy.
Description: None available.
Attempt at production: No know attempts made.
Notable incident: N/A
* These terms show importance the higher the number the more
important it is. The color is a simple representation of some
other meaning as yet undetermined.
P.S. I believe I will need to escape to Alderaan or Coruscant, I
think Helfors is after me. If you could please send a transport
that will be most appreciated.
(None of this is supposed to be serious, it is all off-the-cuff
and supposed to be for amusement. I can remove it to another
section if needed.)

Dude, next time you make something for 'amusement,' can you not
make a document that's so freakin well presented it makes us all
feel bad? :D

Alright I will try. I humbly request forgiveness. (if you want I
can make it much messier ;))
I think the only reason I am doing this is that the SWTOR RP
forums all but died, except the one I have made. So I need a RP
release, this place fits the bill.
Again sorry that this is too well presented. I will try to do
better (or in this case, worse) in the future.
Either way, I spent about an hour on it. I expect if either you
or Mobius were to spend an hour on making one simple thing like
this it would be of high quality.
