"This is...a strange request, Mister Plun. You are cleared to
land at the capitol space port. We will have a delegation meet
you there."

"Thank you. See you soon." With that the ship began the landing
sequence.
In the following minutes Plun and his friends had landed.

The ship lands without incident, and the crew step onto the
launch pad, greeted by the delegation. A man in the garb of an
embassy official stands there--accompanying are ten
blaster-armed guards.
"Well, Mister Plun, I don't think you need to tell us why you
are seeking asylum. We contacted Balmorra to confirm the reason
of this visit, and we were told you are wanted for murder. Care
to tell us why you now want to meet with our king and highest
officials?"
Seeing the sword-armed monks who stood there, the guards placed
their hands on their blasters, ready to draw at a moment's
notice.

"This is a misunderstanding. I have been framed for the murder
of my colleague and friend Laresh. Though you probably expect me
to say that. Laresh was killed by someone at the reception, it
wasn't I or my friends. I have a suspicion that is was Helfors
who orchestrated the assassination and blamed me for it. That is
why I wish to speak to your leaders, you will see I have no
weapons, my friends and the monks shall stay by the ship. If
that will help your suspicions."

The leader frowned for a while. "Very well." he said. "We will
take you to the embassy."
Five minutes later, a priority shuttle lands at the spaceport,
ready to transport Plun.

Plun tells his friends to stand down and stay put. He turns to
Aldanar saying, "Aldanar, I trust your judgement. Take care of
these men. If things go south try to escape to some other
planet." With that Plun steps into the shuttle, then awaits the
transportation to the embassy.

They arrive within a few minutes. The guards then escort Plun to
a conference room, where Vesh is waiting.
"Mister Plun." she says. "Now, if you could explain why you're
not a murderer, that would be good."

"Now as you probably have heard, I had just returned to Balmorra
after the Summit. Upon landing there was only a small welcoming
comity due to most of the people being present at something at
the embassy. Now I had just exited the craft and was being
welcomed by Laresh, a colleague and friend, when he was shot. We
did not know who did it and I am lucky that my friends were
swifter to act on their thoughts or I too may have ended up a
corpse. After this my friends took me to my living quarters,
however there was a droid patrol waiting for us. Apparently
Helfors, who is the only person with the authority to control
the droids beyond regular programming, believed that I had set
up the assassination. The monks were able to save us and we
escaped to make our way here. That is the story, I don't expect
you to believe it quickly or at all. But that is the story, you
may ask the crew and the monks."

"That story is basically what we have been told by Balmorran
authorities, but all it gives us is your word against theirs. Do
you have anything else to say?"

"Only that I do not fear death, but I wish to help you. For if
Helfors wants to remove myself and Laresh from the picture then
he likely is planning a campaign against the galaxy. He will
come for you, your planet is closest and has a ready supply of
working force, enough to make it a good planet to take and use
in his continued war. That is all I have to say."
