       A military cruiser under the command of Balmorra's dictatorship
       has opened fire on Coruscanti civilians at the Interplanetary
       Embassy, killing thousands of innocent people. This is far
       beyond unacceptable. Justice shall be delivered.
       The Republic of Coruscant declares war.
