       Rules of Port Phenix
       *All IC rules apply
       *Prodigy is the combat system, All fights and disagreements
       within the home will be judged by the room owner and completely
       at his discretion.
       *Anything that happens in Skype remains there and not on the
       forum. Any reference to a skype conversation will not be taken
       into consideration.
       *Merchant law is in effect here in Port Phenix. No slaves will
       be bought or sold unless branded.
       *Role play the gender you identify in your RT. If not declare
       themselves as such to the Room Controller in PM if preferred.
       *Free are welcome here to trade and travel.Free Women are
       welcome as long as they act accordingly. Slaves must be with
       their owners or with their owners permission .They will be
       collared to the home otherwise
       *Panthers or Taluna's will not make it to the Port their areas
       are too far North or South.
       *Raids are welcome in this room, 2 entry posts, 5 action posts
       (not less) 2 exit posts. No killing of any members will be
       permitted. Max time limit is 60 minutes, prodigy OC combat
       rules apply
       *Assassins don't take home stones and are not permitted to
       travel or hunt in the Port.
       *Wandering flesh is fair game to collar. Only Citizens of Port
       Phenix may collar slaves within the room as personal slaves or
       to the Home.
       *Messengers are allowed to enter but for the Free only . They
       will come in character and use a proper name. Slaves do not get
       messengers you speak to their owners.
       *Use a proper name to enter or you will be booted without
       warning. Anonymous names are not allowed and will be booted.
       Observers are allowed but must show the ~o~ in their tags or
       they will be fair game.
       *No drama and No harassment
