He looked at her for a moment before shrugging "Bad impulse
control?" he said weakly "Look, I wanted to see you, and I knew
if I waited then I wouldn't have the courage. I'm so sorry I
left you, and I'm sorry I came back like this"

Aqua stood up and looked at Sugar "I am glad I came to see you,
I won't bother you again, I am sorry" he said, before walking
outside and dropping through the cloud, landing in a small pool
of water on the ground below
