before fixing up the lace with her wing and continuing on.

"I got hired to bring back a small statue for this Zebra
Village, it was a protection statue, not normally the sort of
thing you hire someone like me to get back but apparently this
one actually worked, don't ask me how it's all Zebra Magic I
don't really understand it. Anyway, this village had owned this
statue for generations, it was very old, but the chief, he
didn't like magic, didn't trust it, so he sold the statue,
almost immediately things started going wrong, crops failed, bad
things started happening around the village. When the rest of
the village found out what the chief had done they immediately
deposed him, the new chief offered to buy it back from the
ponies who had bought it, but they weren't willing to sell and
without the statue the village would have died so he hired me."

"Well they were trying to destroy the statue because of some
bogus religious thing, or something, I dunno one of them tried
to stab me so I kicked him in the face and took off. What I'm
trying to say is no, not really"
