Moxie, who had been sitting in the corner of the coffee shop
listening to music quietly, looks up from her drink to see Snow
and Hurricane. She turns off her music and unintentionally
listens in to the conversation with her eyes closed.

"Ugh, can't those builders do anything right."
Snow pauses, her voice going softer as the waiter approaches
W/ "Here's your lattes, thank you for waiting. Would you like
anything else?"
Snow shakes her head. "N-no thanks"
The waits accepts this, bows and walks away. Snow watches him
leave before turning back to her brother
"So what's their excuse?"

"Well, apparently a few of the workers vanished last night.
Didn't turn up to work today, no calls in sick or anything."

Snow's face pales slightly.
"O-oh... wait, I think I saw something about that.."
Snow rummages through the paper, eventually finding what she was
looking for.
"Here we go, a small artice, but damn these reporters work
fast. 3 construction workers went missing, all under the same
circumstances. They didn't turn up for work, didn't call in
sick, nobody even noticed something was wrong until a concerned
workmate dropped by one of their places. There were signs of a
struggle, but no blood or bodies were found."
Snow stops for a moment to sip her latter before looking back to
Storm
"This damn town has some terrible luck. I hope they're alright."

"Yeah, me too. This leads me to another point though: Until I
get some more work, I have a very low income. They only keep me
on the payroll so I don't go looking for other jobs. Point is,
I've already paid for the house, and even that was mostly
covered by insurance. We're not going to be able to afford the
unit long enough for our house to get rebuilt."
