Painful morning

Siris awakes with a sore back, dragging himself off the couch to
start making breakfast for himself and the three guests.
"I get the feeling that the little one is going to hate whatever
i make. You can never really make them happy..."

The three guests emerge from the bedrooms, Moxie and Ruffur
chatting while Colour listens to music through headphones so she
doesn't have to hear anything else.
"So yeah, if you ever need someone to act as a sort of, fill-in
dad for Colour, just let me know, and I'll do my best."
He turns to face Siris.
"What's for breakfast, Siris? Smells good."

sitting down and beginning to eat.
