overcome by sleep.

Aqua sits up, having fallen asleep on the floor next to Sugar,
remembering her words last night he picks up the two notes and
carries them over to the stove, he lights the flame and goes to
burn them but he stops with the paper inches above the flame. He
turns the stove off and walks into his study, after hiding the
notes inside a very large book he walks out and gently tries to
wake up Sugar
