Stupid Recklessness

Knowing full well of any consequences, Moxie strays into a bar,
wandering up to the bartender.
"Three 'Rainbooms'. Now."
The bartender supplies her with the drinks and she takes them to
a table. She quickly downs the first one before getting to work
on the second. With a bit of a struggle, she finishes the third,
half of it on her rather than in her. She gets up quickly, then
falls back down again before a random stranger helps her up. She
waved to the bartender as she staggered out the door and through
the streets

Aqua was walking through the streets when he saw Moxie stumbling
along in front of him, he rushed up to steady her "Mox, are you
okay? What's wrong?"

Aqua raises an eyebrow at her actions before he smells
something, he leans closer to her and catches the telltale
stench of alcohol "...Moxie" he begins, his voice deceptively
calm "Are you drunk"

Aqua's eye twitches and dark clouds start to gather over the
town "I am going to ask you one more time, and this time you are
going to tell me the truth. Are. You. Drunk?"

Aqua's horn flashed involuntarily and the dark clouds that were
gathering above the town suddenly swirled and condensed forming
into a massive storm front, lightnign arced through the sky and
rain poured down. Aqua grabbed Moxie by the shoulders "What the
HELL were you thinking?"

Aqua quickly spun around and slammed his hoof into a wall in
frustration and anger, his horn flashed again and all around
town water began to go wild, taps and faucets burst from their
fittings, ponds and water fountains erupted into geysers. Aqua
turned around to face Moxie, shaking with rage "We are going to
your mothers right now. Start Walking." he spat
