Wild kicks open the door, entirely clad in clothing he
'borrowed' from the store. He walks out into the middle of the
street, setting up his equipment to measure temperature, wind
speed, etc., etc.

After collecting adequate readings, he leaves his equipment post
to trudge through the snow in search of other ponies in town

As the blizzard hits, Wild stumbles, almost falling over. He
regains his footing and continues to trudge through the snow,
albeit at a slower pace, the clothes keeping out most of the
cold, but not all.

He makes his way back to his gear, now buried under the snow. He
sighs and heads off in the opposite direction.
