Good ol' bunker - Storm Day One

Siris looks over the few hundred ponies lying about on the
ground of the bunker, searching for any familiar faces he can
find whilst not trying to awake anyone else. He steps over some
families huddled together and other faces he'd seen round
before, including the bakery owner. As he makes his way round a
piercing cold wind gusts through the bunker, not really phasing
him.

"Oh sorry... excuse me... excuse me... excuse." Axis muttered to
the ponies still awake as he passed by a lot of the ponies. He
was near Siris when when he shuddered violently at the cold. His
horn glowed an orange hue as he summoned an assortment of
weaponry to mostly block it out.

"Hey, watch what you're doing with those" Siris said in a quiet
tone approaching Axis. "Actually, what ARE you doing with them?"

"Doing my best to block out the cold, don't worry no pony can
cut themselves on these unless I want them to." Axis explained
in a hushed tone before noticing Siris' perplexed reaction.
"Magic." he said simply.

"Hmmm...cool, i suppose there is a cool breeze coming through"
Siris said, looking around briefly. "The name's Siris by the
way, pleased to meet you" he stated, extending his hoof.

"Axis." The unicorn replied, taking his hoof and shaking it. He
looked around, seeing as they obviously were going no where any
time soon, the unicorn sat down, "So, where abouts in town do
you live? Who do you know?" he asked, striking up conversation.

"Oh, i live just out of town in the forest" Siris said, giving
the second question thought. "And i know only a few, Nova,
Silver Bolt, just met a guy called Aqua Rush and a mare called
Moxie" he finally added.

"Funny coincidence, I know all of those ponies and dragon too.
I've known Nova since childhood, Aqua seems cool, I don't know
Moxie very well - but she's very quiet and as for Silver Bolt...
I don't get along very well with him."

"That is quite a funny coincidence! Personally i think Bolt is
too stuck up for his own good, it all goes to his head. Aqua
does seem pretty decent of a guy though...Say, have you met my
brother Ruffur?

Axis chuckled, "Maybe he wouldn't be if he wasn't stealing our
mares... oh can't say that I have, I don't know many ponies in
town."
