The Necklace OOC

This is just to explain what the necklace is and what it does
When it is in use it has the weakening and poisonous effect of
Ignacious plus the disorientation and Control effects from
Vesper
It also has the ability to infuse any spell that Aqua uses with
the ability to bypass the magical resistance that dragons have
When in use Dragon Fire/Ice/Electrity ect. cannot touch Aqua and
to touch him physically would harm a dragon greatly
When it is not in use and he is just wearing it, it has no/very
little effect. But direct contact with it is harmful to a dragon
Yes I understand it's a little overpowered, but Aqua probably
wont have it for very long

Aqua isn't getting corrupted
He made it just to see if he could
And he's wearing it because 1. He made it and wants to see what
it can do and 2. It's probably safer than leaving it around

I was just continuing the whole dragon adaption thing, with the
crystals affecting dragons differently. I'm very tempted to eat
one of them. But I decided you should keep the whole thing for
now xD

For the safety of dragons everywhere, eat one of the gems if
Aqua does get corrupted and goes ape-shi't. :P Maybe.

Note to self don't fight Aqua until that piece of enchanted
jewelry is gone.Honestly draining of vitality and powers
bypassing resistance that thing is dragon kryptonite and yes
dragon kryptonite is a thing.Joker used it to beat up Superman.

That's not the only reason not to fight him
I don't think any of you have really been paying attention to
how much power and advantage Aqua has been amassing over the
last few arcs

It's not about the powers you have it's how you use them. Fire
can be used in more ways than one.Besides during our last
encounter If Nova hadn't broken it up Bolt would have stomped
aqua into the ground.

Bolt, there is a ring of invisible and undetectable magic around
the town waiting to be activated that's sole purpose is to fuck
up the magic, powers and abilities of everybody who isn't Aqua
and then trap them all inside
