       Wisp (and Spectre)

       Name: Wisp
       [s]Description: A light blue-white dragon, roughly the size of a
       small house. His eyes are a light gold, and he has 2 rows of
       spikes running down the back of his neck.
       Bio: An Arctic Ghost dragon of the old lands, Wisp is an
       extremely old icebreathing dragon. His scales are coloured to
       blend in with the snow and sky for hunting. Adapted to hunt
       animals in the harshness of the frozen wastelands, though still
       prefers gems for food. [/s]
       Wisp is an Arctic Ghost dragon from the frozen wasteland in the
       North, and one of the Ancients of his kind. He appears to be a
       light blue-white, though when hunting his scales will become
       indistinguishable from the snow and ice he lives around.
       Originally around 15 metres long (including full tail length)
       and 5 metres tall, he underwent a process that stripped his
       amazing powers down and stored them in several crystals, all
       circled around a large ice statue of Spectre, that even contains
       her bones.
       He now stands about 1.5-2 metres tall, and 6-7 metres long,
       making him roughly 3-4x larger than the average pony. (about as
       tall as Princess Celestia, with length scaled appropriately.)
       His scales are stronger than bone, built for smashing through
       thick ice, and have a natural spell resistance. His Ice element
       makes him naturally coldblooded, though the colder he is the
       more useful he can be. His body is cold to the touch.
       His skull carapace is a combination internal and external
       skeleton fused  together, forming an extremely solid skull,
       though causing some rigidness in his face that prevents facial
       expressions.
       Each of his wings is roughly 2/3rds the length of his body,
       giving him a 20 metre wingspan at full size  (10 metres each) or
       a 9 metre wingspan at his current smaller stature (4.5 metres
       each)
       Spectre is Wisp's long dead mate, slightly smaller than Wisp's
       full grown size. Most living being today can only see her as an
       ice statue formed by Wisp himself, whether it be the original
       one containing her skeleton or any full ice copies Wisp may
       make.
