*Moxie struts out of a building, levitating keys in front of
her. She stands outside of the building proudly, but then
shrinks back down when she gets strange looks from other ponies.
She slinks her way though the town until she reaches a door with
a metal grate covering it, and boarded up windows. She unlocks
the grate, then the door, and walks in, turning on lights to see
if they work and brushing the dust off the equipment with her
tail.
After a while of doing this, she stands in the back corner to
admire her purchase of this unused recording studio, then heads
back outside, closing and locking the door and grate behind
her.*

She sits at the outside tables while she eats.*

Spotting Moxe sitting alone Aqua walks up and sits at the table
"Uh, hey, I hope I didn't offend you earlier or anything"
