Aqua walks away from the lake, determined to carry out Vespers
plan, he reaches the edge of town and starts to set down flowing
runes, working his way in a circle around the edge of town
(If any of you are worried that I'm godmodding with this whole
Chaos thing don't worry, it's not like Discords power, I coudn't
take the wings from a Pegasus or freeze a flooded lake, but I
could do similar (if lesser) things, Chaos magic is all about
disrupting the natural order, making things that aren't true,
true and things are are true untrue)

Aqua finished working his way around town, the circle of runes
was complete. Looking up from his completed work Aqua nodded to
himself before walking through town to look for Vesper

forwards and upon realising she won't stop in time, she attempts
to teleport away, only to move closer to him and crash into his
side.*

Aqua stumbles to the side as the small unicorn mare runs into
him, looking around he sees her knocked to the ground, he
hurries over and helps her up "Are you alright?"
