       Inkay Event announced for Pokemon Centers in Japan

       It has been announced that there will be a special event at the
       new Pok�mon Center in Japan, Pok�mon Center Tokyo Bay. This
       event runs from November 22nd to January 26th and gives players
       a special Inkay that holds an Aspear Berry. It is Level 10 and
       has a move called Happy Time (translation not yet known), Foul
       Play, Hypnosis and Topsy-turvy.
