       Nintendo Send a Letter to Spain, telling them not to sell the
       game on Oct 11

       Dear Customer ,
       As you know , next October 12, 2013 , will be the launch of our
       products Pokémon X & Pokémon Y, and new Nintendo 2DS White /
       Nintendo 2DS Red and Blue / Black .
       This is a commercial release worldwide simultaneously by
       NINTENDO, so it is crucial for all of our customers NINTENDO
       respect this release date. We need the full support and
       commitment of all our customers so that this release is a
       success for Nintendo .
       For this reason , we urge all our customers to use extreme
       cautions and to inform all outlets that the new product can not
       be sold to the public before next October 12, 2013 , since for
       NINTENDO
       it is an essential condition for the supply of that product.
       We want to remind all our customers the obligation to respect
       the aforementioned release date in line with the provisions of
       Clause 7.3 of the Terms and Conditions Nintendo SA , In the
       event that a customer does not respect the date of
       anticipating their sales pitch to the public, NINTENDO will
       assist the power to execute the provisions of the clause of the
       General Conditions and , as a result of such breach, Customer
       may penalize limiting you supply units of the product in
       question, or in case of repeated violations , failing to provide
       the product or products concerned customer . The foregoing is
       without prejudice to compensation for damages, including pain
       and suffering or
       image, which may correspond to NINTENDO by reason of such
       failure.
       We take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your
       cooperation in this matter .
