The Legend Hunters.

"Are we there yet?"
"Shaymin I swear to Arceus that if you don't shut up right now I
will start pulling the flowers out of your back."
"I'll be good!"
Shaymin and Green ride on Latias with Deoxys following closely.
"So you said Orange and you are meeting at Rowan's lab right
Green?"
"Yes Latias. We are kinda late now also. Rowan said he'd be
giving us a special Pokedex that only lists legendaries and
possible sightings so we could streamline our search."
"Don't we have enough of us. Me, Latias, the scary red one
behind us." Shaymin nods toward Deoxys.
"My name is Deoxys!"
Green hangs his head as Shaymin starts flailing in his backpack.
"He can speak too!"
"He does a mind link kind of thing... It's complicated. Anyway
how did you learn to speak anyway Shaymin?"
He shrugs.
"Well you make my third of four legendary pokemon that can speak
to me in some form or another. Giratina being the only
exception."
"Why don't you let him out?" Latias asks.
"Because Shaymin would start crying, and after what Dialga and
Palkia did, I don't want the people of Sinnoh to think Giratina
is joining the fight that they aren't totally sure is over."
"I wouldn't cry!"
"Yes you would!" The three others say in unison as they finally
start closing in on Rowans lab.

Green arrives and sees Orange sleeping on a strange statue

The four land. Green thinks about waking up Orange, and then
sees the statue. He starts to look it over.

"Regi." He states
The statue brings itself from the ground standing clear over
thirteen feet tall
Orange stands tall on its head
"Nice to see you green."

Green, Shaymin, and Latias jump back while Deoxys looks on
unimpressed.
"Ok, the statue is alive! Wait is that Regirock? You have more
legendaries then Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai?!"

"I collect them green. It's fun." Orange jumps into regirocks
hand and he sets him to the ground
"My previous goal was Mew. No one had ever even actually seen
the thing. That planned got messed up a bit by your friend
diddint it?"

"Yea Red's got both mew and mewtwo before half of Kanto could
even prove their existence. He also caught Groudon. So I hope
you weren't hoping for him either. So how many do you have?"
Green looks at Deoxys who seems to be staring down Regirock,
sizing him up.

Orange smirks
"Not enough. I have a small tracking laboratory set up in my
dorm at the college. Let's go check it out." Orange walks
through the gates
"Nostalgia green?"

"Yes! I almost went here at the start of my journey. Red
talked me out of it. Wow how different our lives could have
been then."
Green smiles looking around at the school grounds, following
Orange.
"How exactly can you even track pokemon that don't even have a
proven existence yet? Like Arcreus?"

"Arceus?! You sure do set your sights High dont you? God
itself."
The two enter his lab and green sees the girl red and he fought
when they stopped here
His attention then passes to a giant see through white board
with a map of every region and sketches of legendary Pokémon and
theories and reported sightings
"This is what I do in my free time. Keeps the boredom away I
suppose." He says as he takes his coat off to work
