       PRESENTATION HIGH SCHOOL E-CLASS (PRESCO) REQUIREMENTS

       A.
       1.   You would require any of these Devices
       i)   Laptop
       ii)   Tablet
       iii)   Android phone OR
       iv)   iphone
       2.   Peripherals
       i)   Headphones with microphone
       ii)   Ear phone with microphone
       iii)   Webcam
       3. App
       Download gotomeeting app to your device
       4.   Good internet connection
       5.   Meeting ID for connection will be sent to you for each
       lecture.
       6.   How to join the meeting.
       i)   Tap or click the gotomeeting app on your device
       ii)   Enter the meeting ID sent to you and tap or click join
       iii)   Enter your full name and class in this format: Mathew Oka
       SS2B
       7.   Your screen will be divided into two if joining meeting is
       successful. The upper view is the board which appears in blue
       while the lower view is the video of the teacher. In case of
       distraction, the video will be disconnected as the lecture
       progresses  and be reconnected for question time.
       8.   For the time being we would mute all microphones from the
       organizers panel and would only accept texting for questioning.
       To achieve this click or tap the chart icon, which is the third
       icon on the menu on the screen and drop your question. Please be
       precise and go straight to the point.
       9.   As we progress in the lecture we would send you further
       notes for participation as we strive for equal interaction.
       10.    For the purpose of this e Class we have created a forum
       for this online class, where you can view daily updates and drop
       your comments which would assist us to get better.

       Conclusion
       We would improve on each class as we launch our first e class
