RESUMPTION FOR ALL STUDENTS

Dear Colleagues,
Peace be with you!
We now have the go-ahead of the Hon. Commissioner for Education
to re-open schools.
Therefore, this is the way it will go for us in the three
Catholic Dioceses in our Province:
All Day Schools (Day Students) Monday, 28th September, 2020;
Boarders (Returning Students) Sunday, 4th October, 2020 and;
Boarders (New Students in JSS 1) Sunday, 11th October, 2020.
Our Catholic Mission Schools' Calendar will be sent shortly (not
later than tomorrow morning, please).
By this announcement, all School Heads are to reach out to their
parents to inform them of the dates accordingly.
In addition, the Hon. Commissioner has said it is First Term of
a new session - 2020 & 21 Academic Session and as such Automatic
Promotion for all students.
However, the individual schools are to work out acceptable ways
of working out 3rd term scores for their students for the sake
of their FINALS at both the Junior and Senior Levels.
Let it also be known that no school is authorised to collect 3rd
Term Fees from any student. This is fully approved by the
Catholic Education Directors of the Province.
