Transporting Metal & Lead is NOT Illegal!

       ---------------------------------------------------------
Just to clarify once and for all, because it seems both the
legal and the illegal side appear to mix things up and to some
extend metagame the use of metal and lead.
It is NOT illegal for mafias to transport lead and metal. You
can NOT be arrested for transported metal and lead itself.
That means cops have no reason to arrest you when they stop your
       trucks for routine checks.
However if detectives find out where your warehouse is and what
is produced there, they can arrest you for being at the
warehouse and shut down the warehouse after an investigation
that must be documented so in case of doubts and questions, we
can look into the investigation and say "Yep, the raid and
arrests are legitimate". If they aren't, someone's going to pay,
but let's not assume that's going to happen.
       ---------------------------------------------------------
What is however illegal are weapons you did not obtain legally.
If you behave like a dick and fail to comply when pulled over
during metal and lead runs, police have the right to search you
and confiscate your items if they're illegal - if they want to
follow the law 100% they can also arrest you.
General rules apply to this and there's nothing new.
All in all, just transporting lead and metal is NOT illegal -
otherwise you'd have to arrest truckers as well and no-one wants
to do that for no reason, aye?
Simple clarification because it seems the lines are being washed
       out again.
