       Ritual - Can Reign quench these fires?

       Hampton is working on a ritual for Independence Day. His goal is
       to create a mystikal effect on the last celebration of liberty
       for the decade. This is to suppress the will of Democracy and
       support his claim of Tyranny.
       He will start the day by calling his captains and underbosses to
       him. Each will swear their loyalties to him. They are of course
       expected to give him a gift of some kind while he promises them
       protection and support. Hampton then gives each a playwrite copy
       of les miserables. Which they are immediately told to burn and
       to place the burning booklets in a steel basin which has been
       molded together from carframe steel produced in Detroit. The
       ashes are mixed with the ashes of a cherry tree, an oak tree, an
       olive tree, a maple tree, and the timbers of a house from
       Detroit. Then Hampton will bleed, cum, and urinate into the
       collected ashes (obviously not right in front of the normals).
       Then they will go to the apartment building.
       He will then get three mannequins. Each has three articles of
       clothes upon it. Shirt, pants, and one article that is unique to
       each. Each article has 27 one dollar bills sewn onto them with
       Washington facing outwards. Dressing one in the fashion of a
       privileged youth with the word "Life" scrawled across the shirt,
       jeans, and scarf in blue ink. The second is dressed as a
       business person (very reminiscent of Fisher's outfit) with the
       word "Liberty" sewn onto the button up shirt, slacks, and suit
       jacket with red thread. The third mannequin will dressed as a
       homeless bum with the words "Pursuit of Happiness" smeared
       across the torn shirt, worn jeans, and ratty hoodie in white
       street grade spray paint.
       Then, he will have each of his cabal members dress as the Spirit
       of Detroit (a simple cloth wrapped around their waists and a
       replica of the orb thingy in one hand). Their exposed skin will
       be coated in the ash mixture and in their other hand they hold a
       lighter with a small symbol drawn in black ink on each that
       represents the personal loyalty to Hampton. They each then take
       turns lighting the three mannequins on fire. Then they each lay
       the lighters at Hampton's feet. The entire time they will be
       chanting "Reign! Reign! Wash away, The insurrection on this
       day!"
       Meanwhile Hampton, naked, will have designs drawn all over his
       body by Kimbri using a mixture of gunpowder and black ink. The
       designs will be of historic Detroit imagery, locations, and
       moments. While the others chant he will wash his body clean with
       rain water he has personally collected. Then he will be coated
       in fire retardant gel by Kimbri (who is wearing a large mask
       covered in the symbols of protection and the forge). Then once
       all the lighters have been collected, Hampton will be set ablaze
       and will walk in between the three burning mannequins and he
       will shout "I, the Phoenix King, burn now like so many empires
       before! So I watch now, upon the bones of the American dream,
       and I see corruption, hatred, and greed! I, who have died
       thrice, will now be reborn and reforged into the King of Bones!
       I rise from these ashes to the sound of the people moaning,
       crying out for a true leader! I am that man! Show me, O' World
       of Death, what road I must walk to rise to even greater heights!
       MAKE ME KING!"
       Then Hampton will leap off the roof and plunge himself into a
       deep tank of water. It sides covered in symbols of knowledge,
       truth, and a picture of Maria. There will be people there to
       pull him out and make sure he's safe. He'll heal himself with
       his third channel if need be.
