The desk job was starting to where on Mike. Day in day out
looking at reports and seeing threats that he could do nothing
about with out clearance of his superiors. It was so much
easier to back when “he had gone rouge” to simply do the things
that needed to be done.
“Cerberus,” he thought “Why didn’t he want to be a part of it?
Well the name was stupid for one and with the U.S. government
pushing to have control raised to many red flags in the back of
his mind. So while having the resources that would come with
joining would be nice I should probably not join directly”
“No if I going to do something along the lines of Cerberus I
will need a few things. One an allies, the loss of the flock
had taught him that. Two I’m going to need some gear.[s][/s]

Night finds O’Doyle in a dark corner booth of some pub on the
edge of the outback the radio play some have herd unimportant
tune as he stared down at a pint deep in thought.
“It comes down to money,” he thought, “gear? Need money to by
it. An allies, well money would help with that too. So the
question is how dose a poor shepherd boy from down under get
rich quickly.”

As he lifted his drink to his lips it struck him. He was going
about this all wrong would governments allow an unaccountable
group of mets to police mets? No of course not. But maybe one
under the auspice of the U.N. accountable to the U.N.S.C. would
work. I need a supper smart person, I need Hertz or Weeks.
Downing his pint in one long pull he got up covered his tap
stepped outside and vanished mill ascents later he was in the
the air head to Mt. Doom.

11am: Zaire
The primary exterior structure is complete. A great domed
building capping the caldera of the volcano, sprawling outwards
with living and lab spaces. More buildings are being installed
across the perimeter and it looks like some work is being done
on the slopes. Stairs probably.
Inside a lot of work is still going on. Technical things,
largely, with the functioning of the generator and seismic
readers themselves, but also tiling floors and sorting out
plumbing (thank goodness for SuperhealthPlus).
Weeks is in his meditation chamber, and O'Doyle is asked to wait
if this isn't an emergency.
Weeks comes out about an hour later. He's brow is furrowed, but
it's hard to tell if he's deep in thought or upset about
something. Or both.
He smiles when he sees O'Doyle anyways. "Mike! What a surprise.
What can I help you with today?"

“What’s wrong?” Mike asks befor going on.
“I need your help writing a international treaty that would get
ratified by all of the member nations of the U.N. that will
provide for a groupie of meta humans to provide humanitarian
aid, provide for the take down of meta human threats to global
security, and to step in to prevent genocide.”
