       Binh was almost four in his first clear memory. He was shouting
       at his mother, telling her he didn't want to go to the temple.
       He threw a tantrum, a childish crying and shouting, and his
       mother simply grabbed his wrist and started dragging him away.
       "I don't want to go!" he wailed.
       "You will go," his mother said, "It is good for you."
