       Goodbyes: Dr. Horne
By: insert name Date: May 4, 2017, 5:37 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
"It's too big," Nguyen Kim says. She's standing on top of a
thirty story office building, just looking down on San
Francisco. Tomorrow morning she gets on a plane and heads back
home. She's already said if she could navigate over the ocean
well enough, she'd just run. She's faster than the plane. Even
so, it would be a long run. Not that she tires easily. "I keep
trying, but I can't wrap my head around it. Viet Nam makes
sense. I know where my home is, and what the home's of my fellow
soldiers are like. I know who the enemy is and why we're
fighting. We don't have to stop and worry about things like
       that."
She turns to Dr. Horne. She's only spent a little over a month
with him, but she's already so close. A voice in the back of
Horne's head, and printed in the papers, reminds him she's young
enough to be his daughter. "You're trying to save the whole
world, but I don't understand it. It's too big. Too complicated.
       I can't help here."

Dr. Horne turns to Nguyen, his characteristic frown manifesting
across his face. "That's not true, Kim..." he says. Nguyen turns
to Dr. Horne and begins to object but is cut short. "It's not,"
Dr. Horne asserts. "You're strong, and capable of more than
you're probably even aware..." Dr. Horne trails off, and for a
moment he and Kim sit in silence, neither wanting to acknowledge
       what's next to come.
After a time, Dr. Horne sighs and continues, "But that's...
that's not important right now. I—" Dr. Horne stutters, clears
his throat and looks off into the horizon where a radio tower
light throbs lazily against the civil twilight. "You're leaving
tomorrow. And I—" Dr. Horne stutters again, and then turns to
face Nguyen. "Kim, you know I care about you. And the thought of
you being back there, it... Just promise me you'll be
       careful..."

Kim blushes and averts her eyes, in the way that she does. "I
shall take as much care as I can. I hope to see you again, so
       you be careful as well."
She looks up with her eyes, if not her head. "But let's not
spend my last night in America worrying."

Dr. Horne grins and turns to Kim. "What uh... What do you think
we should do?" he asks as he leans closer, his gaze locked with
       hers...

Kim blushes, and her eyes look down. She never can lock eyes for
       long.
"I don't know, Dr. Horne," she says, "What would you most like
       to do?"

Dr. Horne leans even closer. "Well, Captain Nguyen, I think I
have an idea..." he responds slyly, and reaches out to brush her
hair from her face. "Just the two of us up here... The rest of
the world... So far away..." He half-whispers as he leans in for
       the kiss.

Captain Ngyuen is an old fashioned woman. She doesn't lean back
in, she makes Dr. Horne make the moves. She kisses back though.
She's soft, and gentle, and every bit more sweet for the
knowledge she'll soon be gone. It falls entirely on Robert to
move things forward. She simply yields.

Dr. Horne holds Kim tightly as they kiss, trying to keep
thoughts of her impending departure out of his head. He fails,
and for a moment an image of Kim, a Viet Cong bullet lodged
cleanly between her eyes forces its way into his thoughts. Dr.
Horne pulls away, and looks at Kim's face. His eyes unwittingly
dart to her forehead. Clean. No bullet; no blood. He knew that
it would be of course, but he had to see it for himself. He
begins to frantically unbutton his shirt as he moves back in to
kiss her again. This time he holds her even closer, hoping
desperately to ward of such intrusive thoughts. Again he fails,
and this time he sees a dying Kim, flung into the underbrush
from an explosion; the pinkish-purple light from her legs slowly
flickering out as she breaths her last.
Dr. Horne pulls a hand away from Kim's body, and makes a gesture
into the air; they are immediately enveloped in a purple sphere.
He is even more frenetic as he quickly undoes buttons and
zippers until they are both naked. He pulls away from Kim once
again and stares at her. This time, she does not avert her gaze.
He catches his breath for a moment, and then before he can stop
       himself... "I... I love you, Kim... I..."
The pinkish-purple bubble continues to float higher above the
now fully lit city, its solid light in stark contrast against
the rhythmic throb of the radio tower. Its ascent continues
until its mystic gleam is drowned out by the towers ever
       constant pulsing...

Kim blushes so often that one could be forgiven for thinking she
was pink skinned, but as the bubble envelopes them and lifts
them into the sky, she turns a particularly bright shade of red.
Her eyes keep slipping, worried, to the world below them. She
doesn't try to halt Robert. She let's him free her of her
clothing, but she can't let go of the worry of being seen. In
particular the baring of her unreal legs makes her eyes dart and
       flit in almost paranoid worry.
And then Robert speaks the words. Suddenly, Kim stops looking
around. She just looks him in the face, strangely serious. The
words, in English, have weight. Her focus is entirely on him.
She opens her mouth as though to say something, but when no word
comes out she instead thrusts her face towards Robert's. The
kiss is passionate to the point of being clumsy, an overly
aggressive mashing of lips to lips. It is as though Robert's
words have flipped a switch in her. She still let's Robert take
the lead, but any sense of coyness is lost, replaced by
impatient and directed desire. She even reaches down to help
guide Robert's erect cock into her wet vulva. It slides easily
between the folds with a tingle of delight as her impossible
       legs weightlessly around him.
Even in the excitement of the moment, Horne can't help but think
about the fact he isn't wearing a condom. Kim didn't give him a
chance. A bullet in the head isn't the only thing that can kill
       a loved one.

       OOC
Not to spoil the mood with OOC, but I'll leave it up to you if
Dr. Horne let's the moment take him, or interrupts it to try and
get a condom on. He has some character reasons, after all.

Worry fails to overwhelm desire and Robert surges onwards,
burying his veiny manhood into his beloved. It is a struggle,
for Robert, to not feel inadequate when this intimate with Kim.
He may be stronger and more capable than he ever was before, but
Captain Ngyuen is far stronger than he is, seems far more
sensative and aware of every moment, and her bodily control is
insane. And yet, every moment is left in his command, to guide
and lead through this. She cedes control entirely, as a matter
of course.Even so, Robert has trouble thinking that her orgasms
are at his work and not her decision. His own is a glorious
spurt of raw pleasure as his semen bursts out into her.
The city beneath them is a series of twinkling lights, filtered
       in pink.
They lie in silence for a time.
Then they do it all again.
It is hours later, when the Sun is coming up when Kim speaks
       more than moans and encouragements.
"There is something you should know," she says. Then she
hesitates for a long time. She doesn't look at Robert when she
speaks. "I am betrothed to a man of my village. Our parents
arranged it when we were young. He fights in the war now, and I
have not heard of him dying." Then she looks at him, I love you,
Robert." She frowns, "I more than love you, I think, but I have
been unfaithful to my family. If we are to continue this, you
will first have to meet my family and convince them." She smiles
then, lightening the mood, "I doubt that will be hard for you.
When next you have time to come to Viet Nam, you shall talk to
them." She pauses, "You do want this to continue still, yes?"
       OOC
Note: c0ck gets asterixed, vulva doesn't.
