       The fluffy yellow Shih Tzu stepped into the clearing, the jingle
       of the bell that hung from her hairband ringing out and made a
       jubilant sound as she walked. The gentle smile that graced her
       face was warm and welcoming. "Hello, everyone!" She chimed, her
       hand waving one or two times as a greeting. "My name is
       Isabelle! It's a pleasure to meet you all!" Nonetheless, she was
       very excited to be in a new town. Of course, she missed the
       mayor, but he had suggested it was best for her to get a breath
       of fresh air for a while. This was the first time she had been
       outside of that town, and she could not express how happy she
       was to be somewhere new. "If you need any help with anything,
       please don't hesitate to ask me!"

       Theo rubbed his eyes again. "H-hello there!" this wasn't the
       first dog he had met whom he could communicate with, Koromaru
       had that honour, but she certainly was the first who could speak
       clear english and walk on her hind legs. Also she was yellow. "I
       am Theodore, the pleasure is all mine." he bowed a little "I
       certainly hope your time in metropolis is a good one, feel free
       to call upon me if you require any assistance." he explained as
       he rose from his bow, smiling at her.
       ((OOC: Hey There Paca (?? :P) you shoulda claimed the character
       first before doin' this, but I gotcha covered bby, nice to see
       you here))

       "Thank you for the offer, Theodore!" She liked that name. It
       sounded sophisticated. Almost like a mayor... Oh! That reminded
       her! "In my old town, I was the mayor's secretary! If there's a
       mayor... I'd like to continue my job, if that's okay!" Hopefully
       she wasn't asking too much. A nervous laugh escaped her, her
       face reddening only a little in embarrassment. "But if they're
       not available, that's fine!"
