Rigu's Doujin Music Thread

Howdy howdy howdy! I'd like to take this opportunity to start up
a "music master-post" of sorts. Since this forum is heavily
fandom-based, I thought it'd be nice to introduce some fan works
that I personally really enjoy. Each post reply will focus on
one music circle, providing information about the band itself
and their discography, as well as a selection of songs by them
for your listening pleasure.
Given my bias towards Touhou, Mega Man, and Vocaloid music, most
of the doujins I'll be featuring will revolve around those.
These will not be limited to eastern doujins, as I'm sure you're
I'm open to suggestion for different series and genres and the
such, so let me know what you'd like to hear more of! Same goes
for if you want me to feature a certain artist/group. If you're
looking for specific music (i.e. Diddy Kong Racing folk-music
album, I wish) I might be able to dig something up. Also feel
free to chat in the comments and voice your opinions and
favorite songs and whatnot. Again, this topic will serve as the
master-post to keep things kinda organized, so I'm encouraging
as much of your input as you wish to contribute.

What exactly is doujin?
Ripping directly from Wikipedia, a doujin/dōjin or circle
or however you're going to call it, is a general Japanese term
for a group of people or friends who share an interest,
activity, hobbies, or achievement. In Japan, the term is used to
refer to amateur self-published works, including but not limited
to manga, novels, fan guides, art collections, music and video
games. Some professional artists participate as a way to publish
material outside the regular publishing industry. If you've been
to a convention or comic market before, there's a good chance
you've seen these products up for sale.
A doujin may range anywhere from a single artist to a large
group of collaborators. In the case of doujin music, the roles
of song composition, instrument performance, lyric writing,
vocals, arrangement, album artwork and video illustration,
promotion, and etc. may be divided among different members of
the circle or special guests, similar to professional music.
Then you have the multi-talented prodigies who do it all on
their own.
The vast majority of songs I'll be featuring here are fan-works
based on video games. This usually details fan-arrangements of
official video game music, but I'll also be including original
tracks, especially those inspired by video game music,
characters, story, and so on.
