Character Claims Rules and FAQS

Ok first things first, sign ups are open to anybody, but before
you post in the RP side of the forum please go and claim a
character here! But not before reading rules!
This is a three character forum. You instantly qualify for your
first character when you sign up, just go claim! The first
character MUST be primarily a video game character. This is a
huge multiverse RPing forum for all tastes but we do have a
focus on video gaming (hence PlayCube.) Primarily video game
character means basically that's what they're known for. Mickey
Mouse is not a video game character even though he has been in
video games.
WE ONLY ACCEPT ONE OF EACH CHARACTER. IF SOMEONE ELSE IS MARIO
ALREADY, YOU CANNOT BE MARIO: check the claimed character list.
To qualify for a second character you must:
Have 50 posts and have been here for 2 weeks.
To qualify for a third character you must:
Have 100 posts and have been here for 2 months
2nd and 3rd characters have much looser rules. You can literally
be anyone from a work of fiction for your second and third
characters. No real life people. This includes OCs, but if you
want to RP an OC you need to make a little extra effort for it.
OC Rules: Out of your three characters, only one of them may be
an OC and it may not be your first character
If you RP an OC it is mandatory to make a profile on the member
profiles so that people have the chance to get to know them.
There are no guidelines for such profiles but just a short
summary will be fine.
Once you have met the conditions for either a 1st, 2nd or 3rd
character claim, simply go and claim them and change your
profile to reflect it. An admin will approve it later, but
you're free to RP them in the mean time. PLEASE make sure you've
met the requirements (listed above in Italics) otherwise you'll
find that you'll start RPing a certain character only to find a
mod stopping you because you didn't meet the requirements.
Once you have claimed a character you have a week to change
them. After the week is over you cannot change them for 3
months! This applies to all characters. If you really want to
change a character before them discuss it with an admin.
Otherwise to change again just claim another character and
specify it's replacing one of your other characters.
How Do I Distinguish between my three characters when RPing?

This is a post. The Black is Dark Pit and the Red is Viewtiful
Joe. The display name (not the same as the user name) can be
changed in profile as well as the part which says "Also Adachi
and Viewtiful Joe." The part in the sig just shows which font
colour I use to show which character I'm RPing.

This seems like a stupid question, but are we allowed to use
multiple characters in one rp if we have our second or third
characters? ^^"

You are, but keep in mind that RPing two characters can actually
be quite a lot of committment.
