Theodore had perfectly aligned his new table to his new wall and
laid the drinks out at exactly a certain distance from eachother
in an effort to make his new apartment presentable. His
apartment walls were coloured in a deep blue to resemble the
velvet room he once resided in and was large enough for a group
of twenty-thirty people. All of his new neighbours in Metropolis
had been invited and in anticipation he had provided alcohol,
which seemed to be a typical thing at parties, as well as loud
dance music and some snack food. Theodore himself hadn't ever
drunk any alcohol so he was inwardly a little nervous but
excited to greet his new neighbours as well.

Parappa was always down for parties. Parties were always a place
for Parappa to show off his skills in both rapping and dancing.
Of couse, since this was his first party in Metropolis he had no
way how things would go down. Parappa kicked up his skateboard
and grabbed it mid flight. He then proceeded to knock on the
door of the host who he had not met yet. "Oh boy, I don't who
could answer this door. I hope this person means well." Parappa
thought.

Falkner arrived at the door. He hadn't been to one of these
parties in a while, and hoped this one wouldn't be as obnoxious
as he remembered the last one being. The trainer knocked at the
door and waited patiently, noticing the rapper kid. "Oh, hello."
He greets. "Who are you?"

"Oh, hello. Who are you?"a voice called.
"Huh? oh! hello! The Name's Parappa Rappa the Rapper! What's
Yours?" Parappa asked nervously. Awaiting the response Parappa
asked "S-So you got invited to this party too huh? you know the
host?"

A knock sound came from the door. That, as Theo had discovered,
was how humans signalled they wished to talk to the inhabitant.
He quickly rushed over to the door excited to see his first
guests. He tried not to show it but when he opened the door and
say a dog-like creature and a blue haired boy/man he was a
little dissapointed. Was he part of an anime? He quickly
recovered from his dissapointment and welcomed both of the
individuals standing at the door.
"Greetings" he said, smiling "I've been expecting you! I am
Theodore, your host, Please do come in." he said as he gestured
inside his blue flat.

Wriggle was convinced that she qualified as a new neighbor, but
was the night-dwelling youkai really? She had arrived at
Metropolis around the same time as everyone else, but rather
than occupying any of the shiny new apartments, she found that
freeloading the attic of an abandoned cottage was more to her
liking. It wasn't as though the girl or her insect comrades had
any money to invest in actual rent, and the muggy living
conditions were a bonus for them.
Whether she was eligible or not, word of the festivities
traveled fast throughout the streets of the remarkably large
city. It could be a splendid opportunity to blend in with the
new citizens, as well as gauge how tolerant they would be of her
insect-kind. The humans of Gensokyo hardly took well to wasps
and centipedes; perhaps things would be different here!
The youkai didn't think twice about inviting herself, and
happily strolled up to the location as the homeowner began to
invite his first guests inside. Wriggle Nightbug decided that
only a few bugs would accompany her to the party that night,
hidden in her clothing and hair, as she didn't want her first
impression on the attendees to scare potential acquaintances
away. However, over time, a large flock of moths had accumulated
behind her before she'd even approached the doorstep, and they
rustled restlessly at any sources of light from the surrounding
apartments. This didn't concern Wriggle, since she knew the
moths weren't intending on entering the house. But there was no
telling how the other guests would take to this barrage of
flying critters.

[color=teal][size=8pt]Kumatora had arrived at this new city only
a few weeks ago, and she was already being invited to some kind
of party hosted by someone she didn't even know. It seemed like
they had invited most everyone in the neighborhood, possibly to
get acquainted with one another - Though, thinking about it,
maybe 'neighborhood' wasn't the right word. True, she lived in
the same apartment complex as the host, but she had no clue if
everyone else that was invited did. Details aside, with the
promise of alcohol, she really had no reason to stay home. Maybe
she'd even meet some cool people while she was there. Or, if
they all turned out to be complete ass-hats, at least there was
booze. Yeah.
Thankfully they lived only a couple floors away from each other,
so getting to the host's place wasn't much of a hassle. There
was quite a cluster of... interesting looking folks standing in
front of an open door (What was going on with the dog?), but at
least she figured she was on time. She made her way to the
entrance and gave a quick wave to who she assumed was their host
(Paying no mind to the massive flock of moths surrounding the
lights). "Hey hey, what's up? Hope I'm not late!" Kumatora
greeted, before seeing the inside of the apartment. Goodness
gracious, this dude had a blue house!

Two new guests had approached the door. Both of them had
unusually coloured hair and one of them even had a band of bugs
following her. "U-uh" he stuttered, unsure what sort of magic
this could possibly be. He paused for a second and took a deep
breath to regain his composure. "I'm afraid you're going to have
to leave those outside ma'am" he said in his calm, deep voice.
Had he really invited this woman? Either way, he had not the
heart to tell her to go away at this point and so gestured to
her to enter "Please, make yourself at home."
The other girl seemed far more regular, even though the way she
spoke was more colloquial than Theodore had expected. "Not much
is up young lady, though I do appreciate you asking" He replied
to her greeting. "I think I shall leave the door open at this
point if anyone else wishes to enter." he thought allowed,
staring blankly into the distance. Realising he still hadn't
welcomed the pink haired girl he quickly fumbled over his own
words "oh please, of course come in" he said as he left the door
wedged open and beckoned her towards the drinks. The strange
guests had somewhat begun to eat away at his psyche so he
decided he would in fact poor himself a drink.

Raising an eyebrow, the girl picked up uneasiness in their
host's voice. He seemed polite enough, even though it was clear
her insects weren't welcome. Given the trouble he'd gone through
to make this festival possible, the youkai would let it pass and
enjoy herself regardless. Perhaps there would be a better
opportunity for him to warm up to her bugs. "They won't be
coming inside, mister," Wriggle reassured him with a cutesy
smile and curtsy while a locust quietly scurried up the back of
her neck. She gladly took his invitation and sauntered into the
house, leaving the moths to disperse and spend the evening
however they pleased, long as they kept out of the building.
The dark-blue interior was most pleasant; brighter rooms tended
to be eyesores for Nightbug. Refreshments were plentiful and
nicely arranged on the tables, and the music was definitely a
plus (Though she had difficulty locating the performers and
instruments. Were they hidden in those strange boxes?). Theodore
seemed like the kind of man to entertain guests on a regular
basis. Wriggle wandered around some more and took in her
surroundings before acknowledging the other attendees. Yes, she
had seen two of them in passing in town before, and they came
off as friendly enough. Surely the lyrical canine would
appreciate the party's music as much as she did. The blue-haired
fellow seemed agreeable as well, though she couldn't have
possibly known how Falkner had an affinity for animals too.
The youkai received different vibes from the pink-haired guest,
however. She could feel it in her gut, and her antennae as well,
sensing a certain energy in Kumatora. It well reminded Wriggle
of the human magician who defeated her in combat years ago.
Falling out with someone that strong wasn't a sound move, but
what better partner than a powerful one! The girl took the
initiative to seek out this possible alliance, no matter how
many social boundaries she was willing to break. With a swift
movement, she took both of Kumatora's hands and shook them
firmly. "Hey hey, I'm Wriggle Nightbug! Do you have a name?" she
chattered enthusiastically.

"I've been expecting you! I am Theodore, your host, Please do
come in."
Parappa looked at his host. To Parappa, his host looked like a
officer/airport pilot hybrid. "Nice to meet ya sir! glad you can
invite me!" Parappa entered through the door. Behind him were 2
new guest, a Pink Hair Girl, and a girl with antenna which
Parappa thought looked like a old teacher oh his. "This party
sure is interesting, I wonder what more cool new people I'll
meet! but I should probably introduce my self to the others."
Parappa said to himself.
Parappa walked toward the Girl with the antenna and introduced
himself. "Hello miss, I'm Parappa! whats up?"
