       Introducing Rouge the Bat

       A white anthropomorphic bat lands on the ground. "Well, well,
       well." She says to herself. "What a fantastic little city we
       have here. This is where I was sent to work, hmm? I guess that
       can't be too bad." Rouge smirked. "I might as well get started
       here, huh?" She searches around the city for anyone else in the
       city.
       [Sorry if my skills of roleplaying her are rusty, I haven't
       played a Sonic game in a while.]
