sonic looked at xion's hand for a few seconds before taking it
and shaking it softly.
"I'm sonic. Sonic the hedgehog! Nice to meetcha' xion!" He said,
turning into the optimistic and friendly hedgehog he was known
for being, despite feeling sick, sonic grinned at xion.
"What did water ever do to you?" Xion asked in a joking manner.
"Heh, well, i guess i was done with water ever since i nearly
drowned when i was little. Told myself i'd never swim again.
Although, when you have a hobby like mine that takes you into
watery places, its not very easy to keep that promise." Sonic
chuckled, stretching his legs out and placing an arm in his long
royal blue quills. He still felt sick to the point of fainting,
but talking to xion had managed to take his mind off it. He
turned to face her, lime eyes full of curiosity.
"So, what brings you onto a cruise like this? Here alone?"

"So the auto-cruise will work? Alright..." Axel stared out onto
the open sea, letting go of the wheel. He grabbed the
transmitter from the desk. "Cool. I'm going to go keep the
passengers company then, if you don't mind." Before the
supervisor had a chance to object, Axel left the transmitter on
the control panel of the vessel, and went out into the main
deck.
"Ah...People interacting...The smell of wine and fun...It's
intoxicating." Axel said, reminiscent. "Reminds me of the days I
was famous..."

"Hm...?" Axel turned to a [color=blue]blue hedgehog
[color=purple]and[color=black] dark haired girl.
[color=purple]He took a sigh.
"Sorry for intruding. I'm the captain of this boat. Now...I feel
I'd share this tale. I come from a world where I was the
greatest rock star of all time. But, after an event, I got less
popular. Big deal. But the blood in my veins is far from human.
So! I decided to try my hand at a world where people don't have
the possibility to be popular forever!" He smirked. "Y'see, if
someone is big and powerful in the Netherworld, they'd be like
for centuries! Humans and demons age dramatically differently.
Truth be told, I'm over 2100 years old. So as a result, I can
make myself out to be a great rock star here, and if my music
sucks, wait a couple of dozen years, and no one will recognize
me!" He let out a chuckle. "Aaand I guess music here is pretty
good too." He turned to the duo. "So, I guess I ask what the
blue guy asked. What are you guys gonna try to do in this new
land?"

Xion grinned in return. "It's nice to meet you too Sonic." She
was glad she was helping Sonic take his mind off of things.
"Nearly drowning? That must have sucked. I can see why you would
hate it then." She laughed a little. "Well I thought coming here
might be a good change of pace for once you know? But yeah I
came alone." She turned her head when she heard a voice speaking
to them. "Oh it's okay I guess." Her eyes widened when the other
person said how old he was. "Wow.... uh well I don't really know
what I was planing on doing once we reached the shore. Most
likely look around and see what there is to be seen."

Sounds... interesting." Sora looked back at the sea and watched
the waves go. "What made me want to go on this ship..." he
continued, "...was to see if I could find my friends. See, we
got separated when I arrived at the city." Sora sighed and
looked back at Ledah, smiling. "But hey! I'm sure they're all
right! They can hold their own without me!"

Ledah smiled at Sora's answer, remembering a former traveling
companion. With a chuckle the crimson angel replied, "I'm sure
they're fine, if they have someone like you out here looking for
them." He paused glancing at the boy again, "You remind me a
lot of a... coworker of mine, I guess you could say. It would
not be too far fetched to say I'm searching as you are." Ledah
took a look out to sea before continuing, "I doubt I'd be as
well received as you. Such feelings were lost on me when we
first met." He felt the scars on his chest tingle with the
memories of their last encounter.
"As for my island without water, I cannot say much of it. I'm
sure it's changed quite a bit since I was last there."

sonic stared at the blonde boy in front of him.
"Boy, this guy sure can talk!" He thought. Xion seemed surprised
at his age, but to be honest, sonic had seem, well, heard
stranger things.
"What am i gonna do when we reach the shore? Well, probably kiss
the ground, for one thing, annnd i'd probably do some sight
seeing, explore the place, y'know." Sonic replied. Suddenly, his
head started pounding unnaturally fast, so he placed one of his
hands on it in attempt to stop it. No good. He started to feel
sick again as his eyes caught a glimpse of the water and he
realised once again how
isolated he was on this boat. He stumbled up onto his feet,
still holding his head.
"U-uh, i-i think i.......have to go........" He mumbled softly
and he walked off to find his room.
He needed sleep. Now.

Xion laughed a little when she heard what Sonic was going to do
as soon as he reached the shore. She watched Sonic stumble to
get up while holding his head. "Uh okay, hope you feel better
soon." She turned to the blond guy. "So what do you plan on
doing once we get there? I'm Xion by the way."

"She...didn't hear me...? Axel, buddy, your abilities are
fading..." he thought to himself. "Ah well."
"I'm going to become a rockstar, and steal the hearts of
everyone! Gotta make a name for myself, ya know? If only this
boat ride didn't take ages..."

"I hope he means metaphorically stealing people's hearts. We
don't need anything else taking people's hearts for real!" She
thought. "That sounds like fun, but doesn't take a lot of hard
work?" She crossed her arms. "And what's wrong with taking in
the view of the ocean?"

guess great stars are just atoms, huh? Deep down, everything is
made the same. Therefore, I shouldn't worry. Great people are
just normal people like you, or like me. Well, not PEOPLE." Axel
ruffled his hair with his hand. "Damn these talks would be
easier if I was human. But it's not like my BODY is any
different. Just my blood, and my soul, I guess." He seemed more
confused. "Eh. I'm not thinking to much about it. So, I take it
you like the ocean?"
