I'd like to express my love and heartfelt thanks to all of the
participants in our grand little experiment here, I count this
space and the voices herein as one of the highlights and
necessities of the very well lived last decade, as well as a
current, occasional spark in the never ending admonition of
"Further".
Love, Sklato ;)

I find that an interesting reaction to 170 some people reading
my diary lol. Wouldn't have been the case many years ago but ya
know, have at it. Mostly just passing thoughts and some insights
that may have lead to something here or there. Who knows?
Onward!

Yeah, a few years back I can see you feverishly hunched over a
keyboard trying to delete everything ;D Occasionally I go back
and read some of the old stuff, it's honestly surprising at
times, I'd have considered this a treasure trove when I was in
searcher mode I'm guessing.

The content is less valuable than going through the process.
Thanks for that.

Agreed but I had a hard time trying to figure out what the hell
the process even was... Lets face it, Jed was about as clear as
one could be in the first chapter of Damnedest, I read it now
and it seems like "duh, obvious" but when I first read it, it
seemed incomprehensible, I had to read that over and over for it
to start to sink in and yet "I" always felt lost trying to know
what to do to move Further precisely because it was the "I" that
was causing the feeling of being lost! Impossible to see the lie
that is "I" with the "I", itself being the biggest lie in this
existence, the root of the entire problem. such a mind fvck
literally.
It helped immensely just knowing that someone else had trudged
down that muddy path and then skidded off the edge of the cliff
into falling mode and that was just the end of it... no splat
nor a stint in a mental hospital or jail cell... just
comfortable weightlessness, the weight of the world that had
seemed permanent and insurmountable...Gone.
But yeah, reading about others process has limited value for
sure.

Yeah, can only speak on the process as it relates here but
basically when in seeker mode the notion is that there is
something wrong with pretty much everything and if you're so
inclined becoming enlightened was a way to overcome that, reach
nirvana so to speak. I am here and enlightenment is there. To
become enlightened I have to x,y,z.
It's the writing out of the thoughts and feelings as they arise
when in seeker mode or as Jed puts it write something true that
leads to the whole mental unraveling. The trying to be or become
something other than what one is and the constant seeing if
one's honest that you really never move an inch. You can adopt
different beliefs and ways of handling things but when you pull
the mask off or something triggers you then it's like damn back
to reality.
We went through this process over and over again here. Very well
spoken, "awakened" people devolving into toddlers when someone
doesn't say nice or says something someone else doesn't agree
with.
I think in time it really sinks in the the "I" that wants all
this stuff to be different than it is IS the problem. Little by
little that's let go until finally you're free of that burden.
The drive to to search for anything other than what's in front
of you dissipates and one may finally experience that peace that
passeth understanding. Nothing to be understood, nothing to be
done except the next thing. Cheers.
