       I just discovered Lisa Natoli, she takes a lot of the "concepts"
       and explains them in pretty straight language.

       I love her explanation! It connects the spiritual firmly with
       the psychosocial, elevating the latter from the stigma of mental
       illbeing while making the former utterly accessible to the
       masses. 🫳🎤

       that was a pretty good explanation of the "why" but not much
       help on the "how"... that's where the trilogy comes in because
       it's no nonsense approach to how one goes about diminishing the
       "character" which then allows for the Self to come forward from
       the shadows, is what differentiates it from other's teachings in
       my experience.
