       Spiritual Autolysis, aka SA, self inquiry - a term as defined by
       Jed McKenna in the book "Enlightenment, the Damnedest Thing"
       that signifies a process of self inquiry in which a person
       challenges the veracity of one's own beliefs and appropriated
       belief systems through systematic writing, subsequently
       'shedding' all that is found to be untrue. Possibly
       differentiated from other forms of self inquiry by the radical
       idea that rather than holding and cherishing beliefs, one must
       uncompromisingly investigate and "devour" their beliefs,
       culminating in a state known to his readers as Truth Realization
       (TR) or plainly 'Done' (with questioning/searching). According
       to Jed this difficult and painful process takes approximately 2
       years of intense concentration and heartless divestiture to
       complete once one is fully invested in the process.
       Truth Realization, aka Done, abiding non-dual awareness, TR -
       State of being that occurs when one has finished their 'work'
       (see spiritual autolysis) as referred to in 'Enlightenment, the
       Damnedest Thing' also known as "abiding non-dual awareness" or
       the state in which one's awakening has become 'abiding'. While
       there will be many moments of non-abiding 'awakening' in the
       spiritual journey (often confused with complete awakening or
       TR), Truth Realization is the culmination of the entirety of
       these epiphanies, to the end or evaporation of all beliefs and
       signified by a 'stillness of mind' that is beyond understanding
       or comprehension by said mind. One could say it is the 'bedrock'
       of existence where existential questioning ceases. An
       'Understanding' beyond the possibility of normal cognitive
       understanding, it is a state that can be 'known' but cannot be
       expressed. This state of being is obvious to those who 'fall'
       into it and many have tried to explain it but paradoxically
       those explanations are only comprehended properly by those who
       already abide in the state of TR. Initiates wondering how to
       recognize said state need not worry as it is 'self-evident' but
       many thus enlightened beings through time have left
       pointers/sign posts nonetheless.
