       What's up?

Hi. A short note from the playground. We're in a sort of
lock-down here in The Netherlands, which means I am out of work
for at least two weeks (probably longer). People look at me
weirdly because I don't wear a face-mask, because they are
useless (the face-mask, that is, or maybe the people also, I
don't know, probably) and because I don't seem scared (which i
am not). Our politicians are slowly trying to find a way to get
us vaccinated as soon as it is available. They can't force us
(yet), but they are trying to force us in some way or another. I
ain't taking it! These are creepy times in a full blown batshit
crazy world in which "Frits" is mostly a spectator.
       How's you guys?

Meh, I don't mind wearing a mask to go to the store, I think the
jury is still out on how this is transmitted but I'm not sure
about that either. infections seem to be ramping up everywhere,
my daughter got it and was sick for a couple days but is fine
now... Other than that I think it's probably time to reign in
and watch the world go by for awhile, I'm mostly quarantined as
an artist anyway so it doesn't affect me the same as others who
have had to alter their existence a lot. Maybe the economy will
go bust for awhile, that won't be great for many who are used to
the "American way of life" in other words consumerism run amok
but thats probably a nice correction over here...
       Cheers ;D

The masks are really just a symbol. They do constrain the
distance of exhaled covid-19, but if you are in the space that a
person with covid-19 was breathing (whether masked or not), you
are f*cked if you imbibe for more than 15 minutes. At least,
that is the latest research conclusions.
And yeah, you'll find that social distancing is the only viable
       containment.
On another note, we may get to see the first attempt to
       overthrow the US gvt.
       Interesting and entertaining times.
I have resorted to tequila on a daily basis.

Never been a better time to be selective with attention. Failure
to look long and hard enough has left us unsuccessfully immersed
in the current political/covid reality and as a result...life is
simple. Were happy and healthy here. Glad to hear from ya.

Isn't that the truth, for Election Day/night we went camping to
Goblin Valley UT. no cell service, just checked out, I don't
have TV anyway other than Youtube and Netflix so I don't seem to
have near the angst that those around me seem to have. As for
Tequilla Ray, I'm enjoying a drink or two myself!
       Cheers,

Thats awesome. We've really been wanting to get up the mountain
but my spare time seems to be little to none this year, which is
fine, is what it is. I enjoy hearing from you guys. I'm a bit
far out and so I don't do much more than sharing at a surface
level with most of the folks I deal with daily.
Haven't missed a day of work. In Wyoming, we don't wear masks
into establishments unless we're planning on holding up the
joint. Wouldn't know if i would have had it (the covid) or not.
Im of the mindset to just keep on chopping wood and carrying
water until further notice and of the several times I've been
sick (having a toddler helps) from the sounds of it, i wouldn't
be able to differentiate between it and anything else. I know of
a few people that have had it and the reports are that it was
fairly mild and so I probably wouldn't have even noticed if
thats the case. Not sure. The fight or flight response may be
busted here and we've failed to have an over reaction one way or
the other. I don't believe in isolation or that it's even
possible. The plan for now is to deal with what actually happens
as it arises so we'll see how that goes.
I can say without equivocation that without havinv done some of
the work prior, I would have found this year especially
difficult to navigate. Mostly knowing whats in my control and
what isn't as well as not having the old programs running
unconsciously, triggering all those old reactions that keep the
circus rolling along and keep one fully engaged with the belief
that something is wrong and it needs to be fixed. Urgently.
Hurry! Lets talk about it. To death!...people make it easy to
want to "socially distance." As much as I enjoy watching people
beat their head against an invisible wall...
I've had the pleasure of experiencing several "dark night of the
soul" moments this year which I find quite beautiful in my life.
They always lead to something more real and visceral. I used to
hate watching my ideals get trampled by the real and still do
but I'm not as fooled by that guy anymore. The one that thinks
       he knows better ::)
Other than that man, I know it sounds cliche but Im literally
loving every moment with this little girl. She's such a little
sh*t (like someone) :D. At least she's cute while doing it. She
has a way of reminding me what's important or at least bringing
one back from the **** show that everyone seems to be convinced
       is real.

Good to hear you're all doing okay! I just found out that my
place of work will probably open up again next Thursday, so that
means I will have something to do for at least two days a week.
