As you can see, contrary to popular belief and some outright
lies and deception, no one has ever been banned from this forum.

Frits tried hard and I'd be remiss if I didn't say I was tempted
at times but in the end he banished himself, couldn't take the
honest backlash to his overtly simplistic brand of non-dual
rhetoric i.e. "I'm not here and you're not real so we aren't
having this conversation." type of bullish!t.

A lot of people like to view that little tourist-trap as a
destination, rather than a refuelling stop. ;-)

I'm a pretty hands off Moderator, meaning, I really have never
looked at any of the features of this monster, that pic of the
ban page is the first time I'd ever seen the ban page and I
haven't ever known how to be notified if someone posts, thats
why I'm often absent when a grease fire heats up in here,
totally oblivious. I did decide to figure that part out
yesterday, although, I'm not sure there's a need at this point
:D

It's easy to see why a large ego can get stuck in this "tourist
trap", always about control, with Frits' rhetoric he always
wins, shuts down the other non-communicant in their tracks and
he gets to feel superior which is, as we all know,
"Enlightenment" ;D I think Frits thinks this is what Jed does,
process people, but it's just the opposite, Jed doesn't shut
people down, he shuts down their line of reasoning and leaves a
hint of where they should or shouldn't turn their focus.
This process eludes me, the teaching or guru-ing, I find it
fascinating, that to educate means to "draw forth" not "fill
in", coming from a "you're an idiot, let me show you how it's
done" mentality, I find it challenging not to fill in the blanks
for people, I'm guessing you're good at the draw forth version

hey, dunno if any of you are on FB, but Ness is having a jolly
good go at selling her manifesto on this Jed page I stumbled
across... doesn't look like anyone's buying, but she is flushing
out some guru-based antipathy. Most seem to see it much the same
as I do: a little titillating but of ultimately no interest or
consequence in the context of the interests by which one would
even know who Jed is.
At least one of them has done Nav.
