Physical focus - Human life. Survival. Drama. Battle. Struggle.
DNA. ME!
Mental realm - science, philosophy, religion, debate. Language
and communication.
Being/feeling state - enlightenment, true nature, self
realization.
....
Pretty much everyone is living for the most part at all three
levels of consciousness. Some more stuck at certain levels than
others. But I think we would all agree that we have of do
experience these states of awareness?
Anything "wise" always seems to be directing one past the first
two and into the third level of being. Be-ing

Maybe the simple difference between being enlightened or "not"
is knowing that you can freely move between these states of
being and to the adept, the ability to 'color' if you will, the
third level of consciousness which may or may not be of any
value to you?

Is there a correlation between your feeling state and what you
create in the physical world?

And...Does that question even matter at the level of pure being
lol
I love how self realization and self actualization are basically
working together these days to reinforce the same thing here.
Repeated confirmation - that natural bliss arises from pure
being.
What takes 10 years again?

You're talking about moving in and out of those three states as
needed, from here that is simply adulthood. Scott Peck talked
about the 4 stages of life,
1. 0-3 years People who get hung up in this stage have no
self control, like a two year old they act out at will, adults
stuck in this stage find themselves in prison or the like
2. 4-10 yrs Where we learn to obey, initially our parents but
adults stuck in this stage can't think for themselves, they need
parents or partner, religion or political affiliation to tell
them what to do.
3. 11-18 yrs Where we rebel against the restrictions in
stage 2, Adults stuck in this stage are reliant on searching,
scientists, explorers, activists, tree huggers, people who
distrust and fear authority.
4. 19+ yrs Adulthood, people who make it here, finally see
the stages for what they are, reaffirm the healthy things they
were taught at every level, combine them and then have a full
tool belt to utilize at will for whatever situation that arises
in life.
No 10 years needed with any of that stuff and adulthood is a
nice ride through life generally. the 10 years is needed when
one tips over into T/R which is nothing but the deep realization
that all of the above, including the entity that experienced it,
is a fictional construct. Call BS if you like but it's the
reality here.
Once this deep Understanding arises, believe me, it takes an
extended period of time to deconstruct or "see thru" all the old
programming. This programming can not be seen from the previous
paradigm, Einstein's statement that a problem cannot be solved
from the same state of awareness it was created in makes sense
here.
This takes time.
As each concept arises it is seen through with a new
understanding and released, not to return, each realization a
step toward aligning one's thoughts and actions with the
Understanding. This, they say, takes 10 years, 2 years in I am
still regularly finding beliefs and structures (especially while
exploring an intimate relationship) and watching them evaporate
upon awareness of them.
It's elegant, a patient and relaxed de-evolution of Steven Lee
Adams into just awareness, dealing with whatever arises, even
and especially those items that concern Steven Lee Adams and the
role he plays in all of "this".

Right. I do "get" that - "T/R is beyond that." Jed aptly
describes "truth" as "further" but that doesn't take ten years
to get there. That's just a pointing "further" when I would jump
in to describe it.
"This is gonna take 10 years" is what we are going beyond. It is
a thought construct but it can be dropped now.
You can just be - enlightened. Or you can be done. Now. Maybe.
That's the grace part.

There is a state that's accessable where "nothing is gonna take
time."
Thats what I want to talk about (or not talk about). I feel like
that's all we've ever been talking about here and yet failed to
point directly.
It's deep though right below the surface. I want to be able to
describe it yet cannot. am certain that I don't need to do
anything about it, in fact the opposite but it's here now. maybe
for anyone

It's what Jed was talking about being done.
"The point is to wake up not earn a PhD in waking up. "
Thinking - there is an ego or a character to some how unravel is
at the level of thought.
It's closer. Or "further"

Enlightenment is at the level of being. Not at the level of
thought and that's why we fail to express it here.
It is the very journey to enlightenment that keeps it from being
so.
